IMPORTANT: If you order our products as gifts or you need them to arrive by a specific date, please order at least one month prior to this date. If shipping directly to the giftee, please keep in mind that total order value will be disclosed in Customs declaration (no way to hide order value, sorry). We offer $3.00 flat rate shipping for all orders under $30.00, no matter how much you buy.
Orders over $30.00 receive Free Shipping with tracking
!Important: please don't forget to track your order. Some packages will need your signature upon receiving, so if you are not present at the moment of delivery, you then need to claim your parcel at your local post office or reschedule delivery.
Buyer is responsible for providing correct shipping address.
Also please be aware that you might charged additional import taxes or duties upon receiving your order. Those expences are buyer responsibility. contact local post office for more information

We ship from monday to friday (excl. public holidays)
Orders usually processed within 2-3 business days (e.g. thursday orders will be shipped on Monday, weekend orders will be shipped on Thuesday or Wednesday). You'll receive a notification and tracking number once your order is shipped.

Packages are considered lost if they have not arrived within 30 days.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days since shipping notification received, please contact me by email email@example.com , so we could decide on replacement or refund. I try my best to answer within 24 hours
